The Amory School District has a student population of approximately 1,600 students at four schools and a career and technical center.

The goals of the Amory School District are:

I. Create the safest possible atmosphere at all schools & school property.

II. Increase achievement of all students.

III. Become financially sound by being as frugal as possible.

We have a highly qualified staff with fourteen National Board Certified teachers. Amory School District has a rich history in pursuit of education excellence in meeting the needs of all students. The administration, school board and instructional staff provide high academic, as well as high behavioral expectations, in a caring, friendly and safe environment. We believe that planning, setting goals and evaluating our progress will result in improved achievement of all our students, who will be our leaders of tomorrow.
